The owner was very helpful and welcoming to me and my child. The kitchen is well-equipped with space for your stuff in a cupboard and in the refrigerator. The bed was comfortable and the rooms are quiet. The bathroom is clean and the shower has good pressure and temperature control. The place just needs a small refurbishment but I was not bothered that much the way it is now because the price is right, especially because of the location. I will stay here again.

Very good but....

Shower was very small and water would go extremely hot and cold in seconds. We where in the orange room. Breakfast has no cereal options. Other than this we had a fantastic visit at the place!

Perfect location

Food was available to us, they were very accomodating, and the location was amazing!! We had a good (Italian) breakfast, and had access to the kitchen at all times. We walked everywhere in Rome, the location is really perfect. My only criticism is the shower (from the purple room) was a bit tempromental but it really wasn't a huge problem. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here, and will come back as many times as possible!

- sehr zentral gelegen (perfekt für einen Städtetrip) und nur schwer. 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Vatikanstadt, 10 Minuten zum Petersdom und 15 Minuten zur Engelsburg - Bus und Metro zu Fuß in ca 10 Minuten zu erreichen - Sehr freundlicher Empfang und klasse Einführung in die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten (mit Karte) - Gute Ausstattung

accueil très chaleureux par Emiliano qui a su nous expliquer chaque endroit à visiter. Chambre et salle de bain très propre. Cuisine avec frigo, fruits, yaourts, gâteaux café, thé, etc... à disposition 24/24. Très appréciable. Emplacement parfait pour visiter tout Rome à pied. pour info : garage à 200m pour 25 euros /jour car impossible de se garer dans les rues. N'hésitez pas logement et accueil parfait

Utifrån priset är det svårt att seriöst klaga på något. Läget är mycket bra med bra restauranger nära. Trevlig ägare med bra tips. Minus? Sängen är hård om man är känslig
