We were greeted by Antonio, who was very nice and welcoming. He showed us how everything in the room worked, the lights, windows, and air conditioner. He took extra time to make sure we understood where we were in relation to all of the attractions in Rome. The room was comfortable and all necessary amenities were provided. Great stay. Very close to the A line so can get anywhere in Rome but also close to Spanish Steps. Next to Piazza di popolo. Great time. Just keep it mind you do have to communicate with them prior to check in as it’s not 24/7, but they were very receptive and quick to respond! Highly recommend
