We received the class of customer service that one hopes for when traveling abroad. The attention we received from staff was extraordinary. When we arrived I was very sick. One of the women at the front desk took the time to personally walk my husband and I to a nearby clinic and speak on my behalf. I will never forget this kindness and professionalism. Beyond that the rooms were well appointed with great attention to detail. The location is also perfectly situated near everything but not in a crazy congested area. Overall - fantastic!! Thank you.

The hotel is located in my favorite neighborhood in Rome. The staff was wonderful with the front desk assisting with restaurant reservations, and returning my daughter's Air pods, which she left behind. The hotel's rooftop restaurant was delicious! The baked goods at breakfast were good and the coffee was excellent, but I would prefer more egg options. Overall, highly recommend.

Amazing area! We looked for months on where to stay and this place was not in the location we were looking but so happy with our choice. It’s not overly touristy with great local vibe and day and night life. We were able to walk across the river every day for all the big atttractions. Hotel is clean, staff is accommodating. Very beautiful hotel that gives a boutique vibe. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Most importantly, the ac worked wonderfully! My only complaint is that the shower kept leaking water from under the doors causing the bathroom floor to collect water. Breakfast was amazing. Front desk staff were very welcoming. Overall a very good place to stay

The room was in good condition, large and clean but... there was no space to place anything. Even the nightstands, they were very small and so crowded that we needed to put the phones on the floor. There was no place to put the bags. There was a wardrobe but half of it was occupied by a fridge, a security box and some goodies

From the clean rooms to excellent cuatomer service especially Mary at the front desk who checked us in . They also have excelent breakfast choices that will satisfy your cravings and keep you energized throughout the day.
