The property is a good size and conveniently located near the train station. There are food options nearby and walking is no problem. It is a bit far from the sites you would like to see in Rome so the trains will help in getting around.

The apartment was cozy and had a very authentic vibe. However, the lack of dishtowel and dishsoap made it impossible to leave the house in the condition we arrived. I am one who wants to leave a place in the same state that I arrived out of respect and courtesy but proved impossible without those items.

This apartment was lovely. It was overall clean and tidy. It is just a short walk to Rome termini and we walked to all the locations of interest but could easily have taken the bus to anywhere. Other travellers have left some cupboard essentials so you don’t need to buy some items like tea and coffee. The washing machine was so helpful as it was so hot when we went so could wash our clothes as we went along. The person meeting us was very helpful and communicated clearly. It has air conditioning in the two main rooms.

Freezing temperatures inside the apartment because the central heating comes on only between 5-10 PM. In the mornings the temperatures outside the apartment and inside were exactly the same - 47 F. Had to sleep with our hats, sweaters and tights on and still got sick from the cold. Asked the owner to give us a heater but received advise to keep the windows close, as if anyone would be keeping the windows open when its winter. After 4 days had to leave the property as everyone was getting sick and my family couldn't endure it any longer. We asked for a refund for the remaining weekbbut the company was unreachable for us and Expedia and they never replied to our email. Outside the apartment is a constant crowd of unemployed men, standing around amid garbage and some homeless people. This apartment is right across the side of a big railways station in a shady looking street, that has all the hallmarks of an area that is down on its luck.

El departamento está Excelente, muy limpio y muy bien decorado. Todo muy bien. Sólo que la calle no es muy segura y hay que tener cuidado al salir y al llegar al edificio.

Lugar difícil rua escura, difícil pra mim a entrada a noite, qualquer problema que vc tiver pra entrar simplesmente vc fica na rua ! Nós não gostamos deste lugar ! Não vale a pena é uma casa de cômodos!

一週間前にチェックイン方法などの返信がきて暫く不安でしたが、とても優しい借主さんで安心しました。 今回はポケトークに頼りましたが、スムーズなチェックインができ、設備の使用方法など すべて丁寧に説明してただきました。 シャワーのお湯は途中でなくなることはありませんが、ちょっと勢いがなく残念。 食事も簡単な調理しました。 近隣にスーパーが数軒遅くまでやっていて観光のあとに寄れて便利です。 空港からのプルマンのバス停もすぐ側で、地下鉄、テルミニ駅からも5分とかからないため、昼に一度戻休憩するなど便利でした。 ちょっとしたイタリア の生活体験ができとても満足です。
