Its about 150 metres from the Best Sabinal Hotel and Castor Park. There are restaurants literally downstairs facing the Sea, a smaller supermarket 100 metres away and a bigger one 800metres away (Mercadona).
This modest beachfront apartment is 8 km from diving excursions at Aquarium Roquetas and 9 km from go-kart racing at Karting Roquetas. There is also a big commercial center (Centro Comercial Gran Plaza) at 5km.
