Excellent location ! Spacious , comfortable room , great balcony and view . All staff really friendly and helpful . The spa treatments were good value and very relaxing , pool , sauna and surrounding area were perfect , we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend .

Nice hotel and good location. Friendly staff. Lovely beach. A slight into the town centre for shopping/nightlife however also plenty of small eateries close by. A particular mention to a lovely small French wine and tapas place close by the hotel. Good entertainment in the hotel too.

We expect more facilities. The hotel was more like a summer colony for retirees than a hotel. The room was very small and very worn out. Because of that huge number of guests, we avoid using the spa. The staff was professional but not friendly. A lot of guests smoked on their balconies, and we had an ashtray in our room. The pool and the bubble pool are part of the spa, so they're not accessible at all unless you book the spa.

Very decent hotel in this low season period, its location opposite the beach without having to cross a road can only increase its rating. Cleanliness, impeccable service at the reception. Not much to criticize.

we had a balcony with seaview , that was really good . there are many diner options surrounding the hotel. the small swimming pool is placed strangely , as in a shop window.... do not understand. the breakfast was not super , the coffee was old the bread hard.

Property is excellent located on the beach. Great spa and bar. Live music everyday. Reception was friendly and helpful. Staff in the Dining area spoke no English and if you have any dietary requirements or intolerance or religious beliefs you have hard time. No labels to food items. The guy was making omelettes/ vegetable and ham for everyone with same utensils. You cannot even communicate as he didn’t speak English. Ladies in the dining area were helpful and got plain rice in case there were no vegetarian options. Overall enjoyed I wish hotel looks into that and we will book the hotel again!

Hotel muy bien ubicado! Frente al mar. Con muy buena gastronomía en los alrededores! El desayuno muy bueno y excelentemente atendido!! Un bar que todas las noches brinda muy buenos tragos y con música en vivo que animan a los huéspedes con una atención es impecable! Habitaciones muy silenciosas! En las habitaciones estaría faltando calentador de agua y los utensilios para preparar e un té o café. La cama muy pequeña!!! Y la ropa de cama tenía una rotura! Las toallas de baño Exelentes. Deberían brindarte toallas de playa aunque sea con un costo adicional!! Impecable la atención del recepcionista, te brinda una muy amplia información. Lamentablemente no le preguntamos el nombre pero es el único que estaba durante el día! En algunos momentos hay una joven que no tiene idea de nada! No supo responder a ninguna de nuestras dudas y tampoco se preocupó por responder, creo que ni siquiera habla español! La otra tecepcionista Exelente!

L'avantage princiapal de cet hôtel est sa situation avec accès direct à la plage. Pour le reste nous avons été un peu déçu : - l'hôtel s'annonce 4 étoiles mais il n'en possède pas la qualité et le standing; nous avons des documents de l'hôtel qui le positionne en 3 étoiles, plus conformes à sa situation actuelle, la 4ème devant être récente pour certains aménagements effectués. - La chambre est assez confortable mais , il y manque une chaise de plus et une petite table; la salle de bain comprend une baignoire douche, aux accès toujours délicats pour personnes âgées ou ayant un handicap physique; aucune barre de rangement se serviettes sous le lavabo ?, aucun crochet pour suspendre peignoirs ou autres tenues de bains - Le buffet parait complet mais il est limité en plat chaud et en dessert ( trop de crème); les cuissons faites en l'instant devraient être améliorées car vaindes et poissons étaient un peu trop cuits - enfin le spa qui est semble t il assez récent n'est pas à la hauteur attendu; bain bouillonnant dont la moitié des jets ne fonctionnait pas, sauna sec pas chaud et ne comportant pas de bac à eau pour ajuster température et hygrométrie, haman extrémement chaud limite acceptable...malgré ces informations apportées à l'accueil , rien ne put être fait car la maintenance n'intervenait que deux jours par semaine?? inacceptable pour les clients qui ont payés ces prestations et ne peuvent en profiter correctement Cet hôtel se doit d'améliorer tous ces points pour ses 4* .
