Vue superbe mais appartement à problèmes

Appartement situé en haut d’une colline au-dessus de la plage de Canyelles Petites (pas de restaurants à proximité). Vue magnifique comme sur la photo dans l’annonce. Il y a beaucoup de marches pour atteindre l’appartement - pas un problème pour nous, mais cela pourrait l’être pour des personnes âgées ou des jeunes enfants. L’appartement est un duplex donc il y a également un escalier à l’intérieur. Salle de bains vétuste. Nous avons eu un problème de coupure de l’eau chaque soir de 21-22h, sauf le dernier soir. Le volet roulant du salon s’est cassé pendant notre séjour - l’agence, très réactive, l’a fait réparer dans la journée. Mais nous n’osions plus l’utiliser par la suite pour réduire l’ensoleillement et donc la chaleur. L’unité de climatisation n’est pas disponible pour les locataires. Il y a un ventilateur qui aidait, mais nous avons quand même eu très chaud (fenêtres mal-isolées). Cuisine assez mal-équipée (pas de lave-vaisselle, verres dépareillés…) mais lave-linge fonctionnelle. Chambre parents avec un étagère à 20 cm au-dessus de la tête - on se cognait sans cesse. Chambre enfants avec lits superposés - très bruyant à chaque mouvement, on craignait que cela ne soit pas très sécurisant. Il manquait des oreillers. Piscine en bon état et bien entretenue dans la copropriété, au niveau du parking. Place de parking attribuée, notre Golf rentrait tout juste…(faut pas avoir une voiture plus longue!). Copropriété calme. Globalement assez déçu par l’état l’appartement - nous pensions pour le prix avoir quelque chose de beaucoup mieux. On paie pour la vue et la piscine, apparemment. Dommage pour nos vacances.
