Nice hotel near downtown

I’m an American traveling with 3 Vietnamese from the south. Staff speaks great English and treated us like VIP’s the entire time. They suggested and booked activities and rented us motorbikes all at a very reasonable cost. The area is safe for walking around with restaurants, shops, night market and the town square nearby. The breakfast includes made to order eggs. They even made me omelettes with egg whites only. All the staff is gracious and caring. They make sure you’re comfortable and will do whatever they can to make your time in Sapa a great one. All 4 of us would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great staff and good location

Arrived from the train at 7am, bookings.com had not sent through reservation but staff worked quickly to fix it, checked into room by 730 so we could shower and go walking. Hotel booked guide for us which was great. Staff very compentant and helpful I was recommend this hotel

A Pleasant Stay at Sapa Unique Hotel

Although we arrived early in the morning at 6.30am, Mr Viet (the hotel owner) gave us a temporary room to take a shower and rest. Mr. Viet helped us to arrange a van to visit Fansipan Mountain, Love Waterfall , Tram Ton Pass and followed by a short trek around Lao Chai & Ta Van Village with a reasonable price. Very good hotel with good location, the room was clean and spacious, I have a great view from the balcony and electric blankets and warmer helped for good night's sleep in winter. Thanks to Mr. Viet and the friendly staff

Simple hotel with everything we needed

A basic hotel with everything we needed. Staff were super friendly and helpful and went out of their way to provide useful information, organise tours, taxis etc for us. Was a short walk to the main part of town.

Had a 2 day stay in Sapa , got the overnight train from Ha Noi , the hotel staff were great , checked us in early, rooms with great views, helped us with all our transportation and site seeing, Great restaurant and only a short walk from city centre

A well-located friendly hotel

A well-located friendly hotel, who kindly offered us a room to use when we rolled in early morning from the overnight train. Recommend asking for room with balcony, which still affords lovely views over the valley and, in the distance to our left, to the construction site that is currently Sa Pa. Nothing to disturb us, apart from a great view of the storm and clouds rolling over the town and valley. (There were no construction noises to disturb us.) Good recommendations and information from the hotel staff. Thanks for a lovely stay

It was a short trip to Sapa for two days and one night, but it was a good memory. I used the SapaExpress, but it was close to five minutes away. The hotel was clean and the terrace view was very spectacular

Wonderful hotel in Sapa

We had a very nice stay in Sapa unique hotel. After some problems with our first room, they quickly moved us to a new room. The room was clean, the staff were extremely nice and helpful, and organized us lovely trips in fair prices. The view from the window is amazing. Made to order breakfast was also excellent.

Perfect hotel for Sapa

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Sapa, get room in back for spectacular view, great price, amazing staff, heat for cool nights, great breakfast! I could go on and on, very clean, great location short walk to center yet not too noise if your off the street side.
