Our home is situated in one of the best and fastest growing communities of Medellin. Close to the Most popular locations but far enough from all their traffic and commotion. It is located on the 16th floor of Building 2 (of 4 ) with a spectacular view from every room.

Living Room: Features a convertible Modern Sofa L Bed that can fit 2 or 3 extra guests comfortably for the night. 4K Ultra HD 50" TV with Cable TV programming in English and Spanish and Netflix, 10MB Wireless Internet.

Kitchen: Includes a spacious two-door fridge with fresh filtered water and ice, Family Sized microwave, and dishwasher.

Laundry: All in one Modern Digital washer and dryer.

The Complex is brand new and has a private friendly security team with many amenities that were just finished.
Pool, Spa, and Gym and Micro Football.

Private parking spot available which may require prior reservation.

BBQ is by multipurpose room on 4th floor, Ideal for small special events that may also require prior reservation, especially around the holidays.

Absolutely No parties are permitted. Loud Audio where it generates a complaint will result in a 250 dollar fine.
