For such an expensive hotel. It was just okay. Sorry not worth the cost. It’s mostly if people want to say that they stayed at the hotel. I should have chosen a cheaper hotel it would have been the same. The hair dryer was broken. They said it would be replaced but it never was. The lamps had not been cleaned for a while as they were heavy with dust. The ceiling had brown spots. Either work was done or something was removed. We went to dinner at the restaurant inside the Hotel I believe Echo & Rig and that was just okay as well. They got my order wrong so I had to wait while everyone else’s food got cold. They had to start eating without me. Again the best part about the restaurant was our server she was very nice. Nothing much else to say beyond that. We were billed by the Hotel incorrectly only one of the items was reimbursed. The one thing a liked a lot was the staff everyone was so accommodating and kind. Except when I called to let them know that I was billed improperly. But everyone else we encountered was top notch.
