I booked thru Expedia and had to cancel my stay due to a family funeral. I spoke to two front desk employees who confirmed my cancelation and waived all penalties, but said I needed to call Expedia. The room we were given was awful. The entry way had footprints on the tile that looked permanent. The floor was sticky. There was a huge spider in the bathroom and another type of creepy crawlie and a fly. Just yuck. Won't go to another one of these hotels.

Amazing room and very comfortable bed . The sitting was a super bonus. Only negative was $10 parking fee at check-in . Pool and hot tub were perfect temperature. Breakfast was outstanding

I loved the property and staff and the wandering turkeys, really beautiful. I have a great problem with paying for parking daily. To me it is just a way to raise prices without adding to the room rate. Everyone has to park, I won’t stay there again due to this charge.
