I like to stay here when traveling to Sac because it's clean, quiet, safe, and comfortable. One issue experienced this time though is our TV didn't work, it had a locked mode in place. We tried calling the front desk multiple times only for it to ring nonstop and not provide an option to leave a message. So I begrudingly got dressed and walked down to the lobby to see if we could get some code to unlock it, waited in line for assistance. The front desk said all they could do was move us to another room. But since we were already unpacked and settled with our dog asleep, we asked if we could just stay in the room but get a discount or something to compensate us for the trouble. We were promptly denied without any other options provided. I was a little suprised and irritated by the response. Even a $10 credit would have been enough. That to me is poor customer service, especially for a repeat customer and Marriot member. But overall, I would probably stay here again based on location and fair price.
