This hotel should not be called a hotel, but a motel. The front desk had 1 person working on a Friday evening and the line was out the door of people trying to check in. We stood in line over 30 min after driving 9 hours to get there. The elevators smelled like marijuana, the water pressure in the rooms was a trickle, room smelled like cigarettes and the window sill had cigarette butt, there was garbage under the bed, carpet in room would make feet black, the breakfast had mostly carbs with powdered and tasteless scrambled eggs, and hot tub was out of order. Not a great experience at all.

Pull out sofa was very old , fabric dirty, was extremely uncomfortable to sit because the middle part of the sofa was 8 inches lower than the edges from being overused. Hair dryer never worked , AC location 5 feet from the bed and cold air was blowing right to me, so we did not turn AC during night because of great noise and cold air blowing right to the person who is in the bed. Floor is so dirty that I had a hard time to wash black feet, floor never had wet cleaning. Closet is so small and there was just a few hangers. Breakfast was ok, jacuzzi was under construction, pool was not cleaned for our 5 days stay. Pillows are very small for a King size bed and very old and uncomfortable. I will not stay there any more.

The lady who checked us in was rude. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Room was cleaned every day, breakfast was excellent, all other people at front desk were pleasant. I enjoyed my stay.

We were there on family business. Have stayed here multiple times in the past and we keep coming back. The breakfast is very good. The staff is friendly and courteous. The manager Jash is terrific. I will stay here again.
