Well, I wouldn't characterize the staff as rude, they were not particularly friendly or engaging either. Furthermore, the elevator was broken and there was no apology or sense of urgency in getting it repaired.

Good. It was safe and clean even though it is downtown. Bad. Breakfast was coffee, bagel, cream cheese. Nothing else. All in all, good value.
