It's the little things...like getting a phone call when I arrived in my room to make sure everything was clean and as expected. The cheery, friendly greeting from Emily made us feel very welcome. And the food was VERY good! The line for the wine/beer was too long so I didn't participate but looked great too. Very conveniently located!

I’m really happy with the decision to stay here and definitely would again! It was great for my family and I. The staff was great and so helpful, and we were told ahead of time of the elevators being down and taking the stairs was not all that inconvenient. I would have preferred a bit more cleanliness in the nooks and crannies of the room, and the shower wasn’t ideal. It was really challenging to get the temperature regulated.

Love they they have happy hour. Breakfast options were awesome as well. Pool was clean. Room was clean, bathroom was updated. Only complaints we had was it was really warm throughout the hotel and the elevator was out (they did email us to let is know ahead of time). Also the elliptical machines were not plugged in.

This is a older hotel, build in the 90s yet cleaner than many newer hotels I stay in. Fun fact, many of the pictures on the walls are photos of the Downtown area, if you have children may be fun thing for have them look at photos and find actual sites while out shopping. Staff was wonderfull and rates reasonably

We enjoy staying at the Drury’s we know when we go there what to expect always super clean and having a dinner and full breakfast it great. We recommend to anyone if you haven’t been to one please do yourself a favor and stay at one.

The elevator unknown to us was not working. We were not told of this until we attempted to use it. I did not see any one working on it. I had open heart surgery two months ago. We were disappointed that we requested first floor on our reservation and did not get it.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome with lots of hot food options. The reception in evening was also fantastic with lots of food and drink options. The main problem was the elevator was not in service the entire weekend. We were shlepping our suitcases up and down 4 flights of stairs. They sent an email the day before but past the time I can cancel the reservation. Also internet and TV out the first day due a more outside issue: but still. The lack of elevator and on top floor was the biggest drawback!!
