We try and take our granddaughter to Frankenmuth every year. This is our first time staying here but will definitely consider it again when planning. Our room was spacious and perfect for our stay. Having the couch sitting area was a great space to play a card game before bed.

Very Loud - room near side entrance - constant activity on first floor with gym and pool. Children jumping off the bed in the room directly above us and running hard - until 1:00am. Got worse after staff asked them to quiet down.

Very conveniently located in the middle of downtown Frankenmuth, walkable to the area stores and restaurants. Amenities were great including the breakfast which was included with the stay. Would recommend this hotel!

From the moment we checked in to checking out was welcoming. The staff was awesome and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and everything was very clean. We always are afraid of uncomfortable beds and the beds are very comfortable!

Although we really liked our room, there were no trash bags in the trash cans which we thought was weird. We had to get a garmet bag from the front desk. Also, they ran out of towels to use at the pool. We had to walk through the hall leaving water on the floor.

Okay for the money.

This hotel is showing its age. The carpet had frayed areas. The bathroom floor in front of the sink felt “ sticky,” like it needed the wax stripped. The glassware looked dirty, like a towel had gone over it. I wasn’t as comfortable as I usually am at a SpringHill Suite.

Great location! Well were do I start elevator..only 1 and we'd fight staff uaing it. It's scary sounding. 2. Ice machine location really... 3. The noise between hearing all the door open close and people flushing toilets and the air conditioning unit going to war with it's self all night. 4. The cleaning was subpar, i found a cherry seed on the floor crumbs. Hair on the shower wall stains on the tile like they haddent moped the floor mini frig was cracked missing the bar on the door. Ooohh and the toilet where did you find mini toilets at... so close to shower no where to put clothes no where to hand towel while in shower can't wash hands in middle of night without waking sleeping spouse. Door handle was ridiculous hard to use , never was told to lift up, by the front desk.
