Mauvaise communication de Hotel .com

Grâce à la bienveillence et le gentillesse de PAPY et MAMY ca s'est trés bien passé car on ne pouvais pas miser sur le professionnalisme de Hotel .com qui n'avais pas prévenu les hôtes de ma réservation , comment vous dire l'étonnement de papy mamie quand je leur ai annoncé jeudi à 17H30,ma réservation pour le soir même Encore merci à vous pour cet accueil et la bonne adresse de la pizzeria pour le soir
