Welcome to our 60m² of warm and cosy happiness, recently renovated with ecological materials, located in St Romain de Jalionas. As you step through the gate, you'll be charmed by the two-hundred-year-old plane tree and this superb 1900s farmhouse, divided into two parts: your rental and our home.



Inside, a living room with pellet stove, TV with Netflix, Prime and TV channels, opens onto a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, two bedrooms with queen-size beds and a bathroom with large shower and soft lighting. A washing machine, umbrella bed and storage space are available to simplify your stay.



Take advantage of the 3000m² garden and terrace to relax and listen to the birds. Free on-site and off-site parking. You're opposite a shopping center with bakery, tobacconist, grocery store, hairdresser, pizzeria, pharmacy and medical center open until 10pm.



20 min from Lyon Saint Exupéry airport and Meyzieu tramway, and 45 min from Lyon. Nearby, explore Crémieu (8 min) and Pérouges (25 min), the Balme caves (14 min), Domaine des Fauves and Walibi (45 min). The castles of Fallavier (15 km), Septème and Les Allymes (28 km) are all within easy reach. For an excursion, the Himalayan Bridges at Livet-et-Gavet (1h30) and those at Chamrousse and Ebron (2h) are a must.
