South of Saint Cyprien, holiday cottage, sleeps 4/6, approximately 32m², covered tiled loggia facing south with manual roller blind (canvas replaced in 2023) and enclosed garden with lawn and garden furniture. Living room, LCD TV, kitchenette equipped with 4-burner ceramic hob, electric coffee maker, mini-oven, toaster, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, etc. 1 bedroom on the ground floor (sliding door) with a 130cm sofa bed and wardrobe. Bathroom, separate WC. Large mezzanine with a small window, 140cm bed + 1 pull-out sofa bed (2 x 80cm). 2 fans. Ironing kit. In a quiet residential area 200 meters from the beach. Street parking (no reserved parking). RES. WITH SECURE POOL, open from June 15th to September 15th. SMALL PETS ALLOWED.
