Appartement bien situé mais vieillot
Appartement bien situé et spacieux. En revanche décoration et meuble très vieillot.
Manque d'entretien (ballon d'eau chaude bruyant, VMC).Odeur de tabac froid et de renfermé.
Un rafraîchissement de l'appartement ne serait pas du luxe au vu du prix de la location
