Located in a residential and wooded area of Saint-Jean-de-Monts, just 1km from a large sandy beach, our villa backs onto the state forest, where numerous hiking and mountain biking trails begin.
About the accommodation:
Our house is 100m2, recently built, and is all on one level; it has 3 bedrooms, 2 terraces, and a fully enclosed, tree-filled garden.
For your comfort, we provide all necessary linens (sheets, towels, dish towels, bath mats).
Wi-Fi is available in the house.
You can park for free right in front of the house.
Living Area:
A beautiful, bright living room of about 40m², opening directly onto 2 terraces, with a comfortable living room-TV area, and an open kitchen area with a large high table and its 8 chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped (4-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator + freezer, espresso + filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster...) and has all the necessary dishes for cooking and dining.
Sleeping Area:
3 bedrooms, each containing a large closet and wardrobe, equipped with quality bedding and opaque roller shutters:
Bedroom 1: 1 bed 160 x 200 cm
Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140 x 200 cm
Bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds 90 x 190 cm and 1 bed 90 x 190 cm
Duvets, pillows, and sheets are provided. Mattress protectors are also changed between each rental.
The bathroom is spacious, with a large walk-in shower, a sink, and plenty of storage.
Outdoors:
The garden is tree-filled and fully enclosed.
On each of the 2 terraces, you will find garden furniture (2 tables, 10 chairs in total) as well as a large umbrella, deck chairs, and a gas barbecue.
