James is extremely professional and knows his duties inside and out. He deserves a promotion to management! Eric Daigle The “require a major CC is knd o DD ridiculous, the gentlemen that checked me in did make an exception and was able to pay cash deposit of $300 but I was not advised that 26 dollars from that, was for pet fees until check out time. Especially being a hypoallergenic poodle at 6 lbs, especially when I stayed for well over a year at Fredericton hotel in 2023, for over 50k. No upgrades offerings even if only, 18 rooms occupied last night January 5th 2026 Also need to work on your ihg rewards program. Eric Daigle

Staff was nice and tried to help but the room was cold when we entered like really cold and we tried to put the heat on and the heater was broke. Tried to turn the bathtub on and the water was brown. Then waited for about 20 to 30 minutes for the attendant to come upstairs to check then they switched us rooms. That room wasn’t too bad but the room never really got super warm either was expecting a little bit more for the crown Plaza.

The room had a chair with a huge gross looking stain on it. The pool which is why we booked this hotel was closed do 24hours for the second time we’ve stayed here. The restaurant on site didn’t have two of the dishes we wanted or a drink my husband ordered. Our room shower drain was so clogged when I took a Shower it flooded our bathroom. We had to use all the room towels to clean it up and have no clean towels for our shower the next day as we only stayed on night. The staff them selves were exceptionally nice and kind but offered us nothing in way of accommodation. Also as a family I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to other families it is not fun for small children seeing as this was our second stab with no pool. A dirty room and clogged shower still cost us full price.
