Enclosed garden of 250 m² with south/east terraces, with ping-pong table.
Ground floor: lounge/living room with wood stove, separate open fitted kitchen (Nespresso machine), shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 1 with private bathroom (1: 90x200 bed, 2: 160x200 bed, 3: 160x200 bed).
Additional equipment: wifi, Bluetooth speaker, DVD player, radio/CD, baby bed/high chair/changing mat.
