Hotels with Tennis Courts in Saint Martin

We recently stayed at Sonesta and while the hotel itself is beautiful with amazing views and a great location, our experience was unfortunately very frustrating. Upon check-in, we specifically booked an ocean view room but were initially given Room 101, which had a parking lot/front entrance view instead. After having to make a fuss, we were finally moved to Room 311, which was much better. However, on days 2 and 3, the AC stopped working. On top of that, there was heavy construction going on directly below our room. The noise and vibrations were constant and made it very difficult to relax or enjoy the vacation. Thankfully, one of the managers was understanding and agreed the situation was not right, and eventually moved us again to Room 420. We appreciated that effort. Overall, the hotel itself is nice, the property is beautiful, and the ocean views are great — but guests should not have to deal with multiple room issues, broken AC, and ongoing construction disruptions during their stay. We hope management improves communication and guest accommodations moving forward.

Staff was very helpful, friendly, and attentive to our needs. The food was good all around the room service, Salt restaurant, and the sandbar restaurant. Definitely looking forward to staying here again.
