Went and celebrated my 40th here with some friends and overall the villa we had was amazing. Had a little snafu with a server at LaPatrona as well as a rude security guard, but Gibson or Gipson not sure about the spelling took care of everything and even the F&B manager reached out to rectify the problem. Overall great stay and will be back to visit again.

I loved that there were many restaurants walking distance from the resort. The beach at the resort and the public beach were easy to access. I didn't like the customer service of Kim at the beach, she bypassed my friend and I both days we were on the beach. However, she assisted other customers who were not African American. By the 2nd day we complained to a supervisor about her poor customer service. Other than the 1 issue, everyone from security to the housekeepers were great, customer service was awesome and they were extremely helpful! I'd come back again!

Fantastic Stay

The hotel is located very close to the airport, right on the beach. There was free parking, great restaurants in walking distance. The beach was clean and beautiful and included umbrellas/chairs and a bar. Service was really great. The room was clean and well furnished. The windows are rather thin, so if you are close to the pool, you might have a hard time sleeping in. Next time, we will request to be on a higher floor. Check in was easy, but slow. we would definitely come back.

Food options were good, beds were comfortable, Internet access was good for the most part, and access to transportation was good. It was easy to get a taxi right outside of the resort. The staff at the restaurants and bars were absolutely amazing.

We had a great time at the resort. Great location, food options and casino. The only issues we had was connecting to their WiFi the first day. The staff assisted us and also reset their router. We also had muddy looking water when we first turned on water in the shower each day. The suggestions I would have is to put signs in different areas of the hotel on how to get to restaurants and also to put it in the elevator.

We are returning guests and have stayed on the property several times. Enjoyed our visit and the staff was very nice. Laura was especially good at the pool bar. Some infrastructure update’s needed and rooms needed a bit of TLC.
