The house is well-equipped for a comfortable stay with a dishwasher, an electric oven, an induction cooktop, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The refrigerator has a freezer compartment, and there is a flat-screen TV with high-speed fiber-optic internet. In the laundry room, you will find a washing machine and an additional refrigerator. There is also a barbecue for outdoor cooking.



The property is ideally located 25 minutes on foot from the small beach and the sailing club. The port is just a 5-minute walk away, and the village center with shops, restaurants, and the market is only 3 minutes away on foot. The nearby forest is a 5-minute walk, and the beautiful ocean beach and surf club are a 10-minute bike ride away.



Bed linen and towels are available as an option and must be paid for directly on-site. The accommodation must be returned in the same clean condition as upon arrival. As a reminder, cleaning is not included in the price and must be done by you. It is available as an optional service.
