Article 4: **Respect for the Premises** 4.1 Travellers undertake to maintain the cleanliness, order and good condition of the premises throughout their stay. 4.2 Disruptive activities, excessive noise and any form of damage are strictly forbidden.
Article 5: **Penalties for Non-Compliance** 5.1 Failure to comply with limits on the number of travelers or respect for the premises will result in penalties, which may include, but are not limited to, financial penalties, immediate eviction from the premises without refund, and/or legal action.
Article 6: **Modification of Regulations** 6.1 The Host reserves the right to modify these regulations at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately after they have been communicated to travellers.
Article 7: **Acceptance of Regulations** 7.1 Reservation and stay in the premises imply full acceptance of these regulations by the travellers.
Article 8: Security Deposit 8.1 Deposit Requirement: A security deposit is required from all travellers prior to occupancy of the premises. 8.4 Withholding: In the event of damage, loss or offences, part or all of the security deposit may be withheld. 8.5 Disputes: In the event of disagreement over deductions made from the security deposit, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal proceedings.
