Well appointed house within a complex of apparment

The house is large, bright and well appointed with modern bathrooms. It has a patio within the complex but no view although there is a communal bench outside with a lovely estuary view which we used frequently. It only has electric storage heaters which were impossible to work out hence the house was cold at times. The allocated numbered car park space within the complex is on a slope and a dip so was totally unsuitable for our low car, scraped the front. We used a different space as it was quiet but could be a problem when full as the roads are single track without parking. It’s a brisk 45 min walk in and out of Salcombe with very steep hills, but close to the coastal paths (also hilly)
