Room wasn’t clean, had no towels. The clerk clearly sold my room I reserved out from under me for more money. AC broken. Dogs barking from in other rooms. Don’t stay here unless you have to.

The front desk person was rude, the room was outdated with dirty carpeting, no soap in dispenser, shower dispensers weren't attached to wall and fell down. Not a pleasant stay.

Overall the hotel is clean and affordable. A few negatives outlets are old and worn hard to locate any in room that phone charger wouldn’t fall out. With a few minor upgrades this place would be great!

Don’t recommend…

I have so much to say. There was pee stains all over the floor, the tub was dirty, the carpet was shredded along the wall, and not to mention the smell of that room I could not get out of my clothes, and the TV was connected but was not working. My white socks were black after 10 minutes of going back and forth in the room. The staff was very friendly but that’ll only go as far as it does. I understand that it’s a budget friendly option and I def was not expecting a above and beyond stay because of that, but I’ve stayed in $50 rooms in/around Tacoma that have been much more presentable. All in all, if you have another option, I’d take it
