The property looks like a building site completely scaffolded They have decided to get rid of a front desk so you have to battle with machines that don’t recognise your Expedia booking but a staff member will come to your rescue. After that The rooms are big and well maintained In a great position to access the heart of Manchester Would definitely book a room again and the renovation could only improve the experience

wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, es war sehr sauber, das personal war super nett und das frĂŒhstĂŒck war auch sehr lecker. es hat uns aber extrem gestört, dass man das fenster nicht mal auf kipp öffnen konnte. wir haben also zu viert in einem zimmer geschlafen ohne einmal fenster auf machen zu können

JÊvnt dÄrligt standard hotel. Hvis vi havde vidst, at facaden var ved at blive renoveret, havde vi aldrig valgt dette hotel. Det stod ingen steder ved bookningen. Der var konstant hÄndvÊrkere lige ude foran vinduet. Man kunne ikke Äbne vinduet, hvilket efter 4 dage var ret klamt, og der lugtede dÄrligt pÄ vÊrelset. Pga stillads og film pÄ vinduet, kunne vi ikke engang se, hvordan vejret var udenfor. Og de startede med at arbejde kl 7! UlÊkre gulvtÊpper overalt pÄ hotellet, - det virkede utrolig uhygiejnisk. Vi havde bestilt et vÊrelse med en dobbeltseng og to enkeltsenge. Den ene seng var en vanvittig dÄrlig fold-ud-seng, som ingen kunne sove pÄ. Det var bare fjedrer med stof pÄ. Vi bad pÊnt om en topmadras, men det fandtes ikke, sÄ vi mÄtte nÞjes med en ekstra dyne at ligge pÄ. Det gav dÄrlig ryg efter at have ligget pÄ den i 3 nÊtter. Rigtig kedelig og tÞr morgenmad. FÊrdig-produkter taget lige ud af pakken. Fx bÄde pandekagerne og muffins, og der var intet pÄlÊg overhovedet. SmagslÞst og intetsigende. ImÞdekommende personale, men det vejede ligesom ikke op for alle de dÄrlige ting. Vi kommer ikke igen.
