Just 500' (across the street) from Salisbury Beach Access #7, this Beach Home offers all the amenities and space you will need to make memories for a lifetime.

Located on a quiet, secluded stretch of beach just a short stroll to the Salisbury Beach Boardwalk and the Seabrook, NH state line (Brown’s, Markie’s, Tripoli’s…) and a quick 4-minute walk to the Hideaway Pub (Entertainment), Beachside Café (Breakfast/Lunch), a full-service laundromat, and a fully stocked convenience store.

This property is a 1st floor unit (3 steps) with easy access to the Beach. The Main Bedroom features a King-Sized bed and the Bunk room has 2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 twins total). There are also several futons (additional charge for futon bedding).

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare family meals and pack your snacks for the beach. Lobster pots, crackers, and corn cob holders are included. With a full-sized dining table seating 6 you will have plenty of space to make and enjoy your meals and family time.

The living room provides plenty of space for the whole family to stretch out after a long day in the sun. There is a 55” Smart TV including basic cable and HDMI adapters for your gaming system or firestick. There is also a game cabinet in the kitchen filled with family favorites (Monopoly, Scrabble, Uno, Connect 4 and more..). A Centralized AC system will keep you nice and cool on those hot summer nights or warm on chilly evenings.

Watch the sunsets over the marsh from your private deck, including a gas grill and seating for the whole family. There is also a screened-in front porch, perfect for early morning coffee, an afternoon rest from the sun, or a quiet evening cocktail.

There is 1 off street parking space included and limited on street public parking.
Sheets and blankets are provided for all beds, as well as 6 sets of towels.

We provide everything you need for the beach, including beach chairs, towels, games, and a wagon, we also have coolers and an outdoor cold-water shower.

We have done our best to design "Summer Breeze" to meet all of the needs of families. The location makes it perfect for a quiet vacation. Close enough to the Salisbury boardwalk for an evening at the arcades but far enough from the hustle and bustle on your own quiet stretch of beach.

This was a fantastic place to stay for a brief autumn trip to the coast of Massachusetts! The rental was spacious and clean, and the back porch was a great place to hang out with a nice view of the marsh. We would definitely return.

Wonderful “beach” house with everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. Very clean. Excellent proximity to beach & great location from where to explore north or south along the coast. Beautiful Beach House

This place looks exactly like the photos, and was very clean. Fred provided everything you need to enjoy the beach including chairs, boogie boards, towels etc. The house had plenty of dish soap, paper goods, fans, bug spray and other things many hosts choose not to provide or overlook. It was quiet, right across from beach access, and Fred made the whole process very easy and comfortable. Thank you for a great stay!

We traveled from Oklahoma to visit family, we chose this location because the description had everything we needed to have a great time. We had a day to enjoy the beach and everything we needed to have a beach day was provided! My daughters had beach toys to make sand castles, beach chairs, coolers, a wagon to get things to and from the beach, beach towels, games we could play at the beach, etc. my daughters loved there was a great selection of board games as well! Plenty of room for the 6 of us to sleep comfortably! The owner was so nice and checked on us to ensure we got settled in the first day and make sure we had everything we needed. The place was very clean! This exceeded my expectations and we got to enjoy our family vacation! We had relatives come visit us as well and there was plenty of room to sit and eat outside and inside! I could go on and on about how amazing this little home away from home is!

The perfect getaway

Immaculate Beach house!

We are so thankful for our time spent at Summer breeze! This property is truly the perfect beach house in the BEST location. It’s far enough from the center to avoid beach traffic but still close enough to walk from the beach if you’re up for a walk. The access to the beach is across the street. The beach area is not as crowded as other places, as it’s mostly family’s from the beautiful beach houses nearby. We loved everything this quaint little place had to offer. Boogie boards were provided along with sand toys, a beach wagon, umbrellas, awesome beach chairs, and coolers. You don’t need to bring anything! The owners thought of everything you could possibly need for a New England beach vacation. The whole home is like new on the inside. Fresh paint, new floors… even the baseboards were spotless! Thank you so much for the perfect week at Summer Breeze!

Bungalow Getaway

The place was quiet, private, clean, and a couple of minutes walk to the beach, a cafe, a mini-mart, and a laundromat. Fred was very accommodating; he met us at the location to show us everything. It was a bonus to have a grill and a well-equipped kitchen, which we used several times. It rained during our stay, so we spent hours playing board games, which was so much fun. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, it was well worth it. Thanks again, Fred!

Everything you Need

I was so pleased with our stay at Summer Breeze. Fred was so a great host. He was responsive and attentive, but not overbearing. The first thing that stood out was the cleanliness of the home. Next, was the proximity to the beach. The house had room to entertain and all the kitchen supplies you need. There is also a gas grill on the back patio. We were very comfortable and happy with our stay.
