The condition really brought it down, the main issue was the shower rod was not actually attached. When it started to fall I tried to grab it and fell. The screws where gone and it just fell out on one end.

1) The main entrance turnstile was out of order for the 3 days we were there. The sign said it was due to the weather. It was clear and cold, not rainy or snowy. 2) The toilet ran often. The toilet hardware needed to be jiggled on a number of occasions before the water filled. 3) We waited several minutes before we were seated for lunch by someone in the Copper Canyon hotel restaurant. There appeared to be no hostess on staff and a waiter ultimately had to seat us. 4) Interestingly, I was informed via text one day before my arrival that there was a valet parking fee of $35/day or I could park my car myself for $25/day. This was not disclosed at the time of my booking. 5) Also one day before my arrival I was informed that the indoor pool area would not be available. 6) These "last minute" notifications left me with little time to make any reservation changes without penalty. 7) When checking out, I asked the person at the front desk if she could explain some of the charges on the bill. She was unable to do so... she had no idea and there was no one available who could explain those charges.

Seemed nice. But boisest

The walls were like the thinnest walls in a hotel I've ever been in. You could hear everything like the people, the other room, next door, brushing their teeth, etc. Also, our room was really close to a housekeeping closet and all night long starting at like 3:00 a.m. housekeeping was going in and out of that closet making noise overall the worst night in a hotel I've ever had. You could literally hear when they flick the light switch on or off in the next room over.

Location is very easy to reach, and being a quick walk from the Delta was amazing! Jodi at check in was very nice and helpful, even asking how it was going later that night while I was walking through the lobby. Paid parking, kind of a bummer. My favorite thing was the ability to text with the hotel, more places need that! Room was nice and comfortable, no complaints. Fridge and microwave! The restaurant inside was very nice. Jodee was a fabulous server. Food was great and not too pricey. Would stay here again.
