Only rating 3 stars because the STAFF was GREAT. So friendly and helpful when we needed it. Otherwise I’d give it a 2. This place is fine if you’re desperate for the cheapest spot. I’d say “you get what you pay for,” but I really can’t justify a motel costing over $60/night (it was ~$90). Pros: - STAFF! - Seemingly safe spot nestled between a bunch of new car dealerships - hot tub/pool are usable - bed & bath were clean enough to be usable without an overwhelming “ick factor” if you will - desk/fridge/microwave clean and usable - cheapest spot in the area (yet arguably way too expensive) Cons: - whole place is dilapidated (chipped paint and some ants in the pool area, wires hanging out of the ceiling, scuffed walls in the room) - The carpet was *absolutely disgusting.* It looked like it never had so much as a once-over with a vacuum. It was littered with stains and debris, there was trash and even an almond hanging out in plain sight. I wore my shoes the whole time. This was very difficult to get past Overall, if you’re in need of something cheap the conditions are just tolerable enough. Which is a shame because the staff was lovely. If you have an extra $30-$50 to spend I’d go elsewhere.

The carpets were stained, and there were burn holes in the comforters. All the clean towels were stained and covered in hair. The pool and hot tub looked nothing like the listing. The hot tub was dirty, with hair floating in it, and everything was rusted. The hallways smelled really bad, and the stairwell smelled as if someone had peed in it. The handrails on the stairs were sticky and not clean. By far the worst place I have ever stayed. I would like to speak with someone about getting my money back. I have pictures I can submit of the room. The pictures of the pool and the hot tub on your site look nothing like the actual areas.

I’ve stayed at enough budget hotels to have realistic expectations, and this Super 8 mostly delivered for the price. Most of the staff were genuinely great. Anytime I had a question or issue, they were accommodating and easy to work with. You do get what you pay for here, but that’s not necessarily a negative. Breakfast was simple but solid: make-your-own waffles (which were surprisingly good), cereal, toast, coffee, apples, bananas, and yogurt. Juice options were listed as apple, orange, and cranberry, though apple juice was usually the only one available during the first half of my stay. For a week-long stay, housekeeping was a bit of a letdown. I was told it was by request, and we did request it, but it never really happened. By the last night, my girlfriend decided it wasn’t worth the interruption since we had already taken out our own trash and picked up fresh towels, toilet paper, and trash bags ourselves. The hot tub was the highlight. It’s small, but it was always empty, and the jets were great. Just note that the jet timer stays at whatever time you set it to. We lost track of time thinking it would shut off automatically (lesson learned). I won’t comment much on other guests, as there were frequent arguments with the front desk, but I can only speak to our experience. A definite plus was having a spotless microwave and fridge in the room. Overall, it’s a typical Super 8: some clear pros, a few frustrations, but reasonable if you know what you’re booking.
