The house is a beautiful, lower-level duplex walk out basement. It has one of the best views in the area with its stunning panoramic views. It is very private. The guests enter at the back of the property and have an entire beautiful 1/2 acre to themselves while the owners enter up front and have their own separate 1/2 acre. We seldom cross paths except for some yard maintenance. The extra-large windows help you enjoy the fantastic view. Grab a cup of coffee or tea and watch your cares melt away as you absorb the wonderful mountain view. Mountain View Golf Course sits behind the house, which leaves the view wide open to enjoy the perfect view of the breathtaking Wasatch mountains.

The outdoor area is what makes this home stand out from all the rest. There is a huge private patio, secluded relaxing hot tub, gazebo, seasonal heated pool, propane fire pit, and outdoor heaters. There is a BBQ grill available for your use.

The pictures truly don’t give the experience justice. The Pool is heated seasonally which is generally open Memorial-Labor Day.

You will have the backyard facility to yourselves. The hot tub is operational and relaxing both day and night. You can set the heat to your perfect desired temp. Turn on the mood lights, set the music to your favorite tune, sit back, unwind and decompress

Another unique feature of this property is the huge bedrooms, twice the size of most bedrooms. Also two large bathrooms with shower and tub in both.

This house is not far from historic downtown Salt Lake City, home of the Utah Jazz and Temple Square. If you want to go downtown to explore and don’t want to drive, the trax station is only 1/2 mile away to the north (2700 West, Sugar Factory Road). There is a Grocery store, Papa Murphy pizza, dry cleaner, Wells Fargo bank, hair/nail salon, Maverick convenience store, gas station, Beto's Mexican restaurant one block away and Starbucks it is only a 2-minute drive. There are several restaurants and great shopping five-minutes away. Some of the best snow in the US is less than 30 minutes away.

Things to Know: - We provide a fully stocked kitchen + a blender, InstaPot pressure cooker/crock-pot, waffle iron, griddle, Keurig coffee maker, coffee, water, blender, toaster, tableware and serve ware! We provide all bedding/linens, bath towels, wash cloths and even luxury basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash. - We provide toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies such as dish washing detergent, laundry detergent and trash bags.

A sanitation kit is provided with Lysol, bacteria wipes, face masks and sanitizer for safety concerns. All high touch areas are sanitized before arrival. Laundry is washed in a state of the art machine in sanitize mode. We strive for cleanliness and safety for all.
