Terrible experience, avoid booking this hotel! There was a misbilling issue occurred between hotel and Expedia, the hotel urged me to pay what I paid before so I double charged, I asked them to contact Expedia however they keep calling me by the phone and never gave me peace during my stay, they even dropped a letter threatening me to leave and whilst I was in shower the door knocked m, the hotel staff called police, after my explanation and proof of payment they still obliged me to pay the entire bill and sue to Expedia, I had no other option and paid twice. The issue has been escalated to Expedia but they never even attempted to intervene nor contacted to hotel to resolve the problem. charged by the hotel. All I received is the constant threat and disturbance despite the money paid twice, absolute unethical behaviour and inhumane service! I will share this experience all platforms so the travellers can be aware of.

Primeira coisa: apenas uma moça simpática na recepção. Colocaram uma “mulecada” pra trabalhar que não estava disposta a ajudar em nada! Segundo: me colocaram no último andar e não tem elevador, e não pense que é um lugar de poucos andares, tem muita escada. Então se vê tiver malas, a jornada vai ser dura e longa até seu quarto! Terceiro: o prédio aparentemente já foi outro lugar. Eles adaptaram pra ser um hotel, então o layout e distribuição dos quartos é bagunçado… a escada vai pra um canto e vai pra outro e você que lute nessa jornada com malas! Quarto: você vai ver no quarto uma lista com umas multas. Uma vergonha eu ver aquilo no quarto! Então fique atento pra não ser prejudicado e ter que pagar por simplesmente sujar a toalha de rosto. A única preocupação deles é se você vai sujar algum item do quarto, mas do resto eles não estão nem aí pra você! Quinto: chuveiro queimado. Eu relatei várias vezes no sábado que o chuveiro estava queimado, e os proprietários não tavam nem aí. Ouvi do funcionário da recepção que o problema não seria resolvido naquele dia! Entrei em contato com o Hotéis.com e fui informado que o problema não seria resolvido. Não estava calor os dias que estive lá. Fui obrigado a tomar banho de água fria e a única preposição dos proprietários era tomar a cerveja deles na praia e eu que me Lascasse! Fiz filmagem da extrutura e do pessimo atendimento da recepção, mas não da pra postar aqui! A pessoa que mais me ajudou foi a faxineira. Um beijo pra ela!
