Close to beach, convenient and close to lots of bars and restaurants, staff was very helpful. Could be cleaner but you get what you pay for here, not unhappy with the stay at all

Mixed Experience: Excellent Staff, But Disappointing Infrastructure I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. On the positive side, the staff was absolutely excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. Their service was the highlight of my experience. Unfortunately, the hotel’s infrastructure left much to be desired. The facilities felt outdated and not well maintained. It was surprisingly difficult to access clean towels, which was frustrating and unexpected. Another concern was the behavior of some guests. At times, they were loud, disrespectful, and, in a few moments, made the environment feel uncomfortable and even a bit unsettling. Overall, while I deeply appreciated the efforts of the staff, I hope the hotel takes steps to improve its infrastructure and guest environment moving forward.

Worst hotel I have been. The rooms are falling apart and the bed is so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep during my stay. They don’t provide the basics (no blanket, no hand towel, only one thin pillow). I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all.

Worst Hotel Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I wish I had something positive to say about this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was awful from start to finish. • Outdated and Poorly Maintained: The hotel is extremely outdated, and the rooms lack even the most basic necessities. • No Proper Bedding: There were no blankets, just a thin bedsheet that barely covered the mattress. • Minimal Towels: For two guests, we were given only one towel—no face towels, no extras. • Security Concerns: The door didn’t seem secure, and when I went to the front desk to complain, the staff was unbelievably rude and dismissive. • Faulty Amenities: The TV barely worked, there were exposed electrical cables, and the shower drain was clogged, causing water to back up every time we used it. This hotel was a complete disappointment. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to book elsewhere!

The location is great, the overall experience with the hotel was good. Had to be moved from room as the first room had the bathroom sink dirty and the bed comforter was stained. The breakfast was great. The ac unit was leaking a little bit of water.

Quarto com armário de roupa velho, poucas tomadas, algumas parecendo uma gambiarra, móveis antigos. Somente foi disponibilizado um lençol fino para um quarto com 2 pessoas. Limpeza de banheiro na média. Staff de recepção pouco receptivo. O Café da manhã era a única coisa boa, se chegar cedo. Pois alguns itens não havia reposição. A Localização é outra coisa que salva, pois é próximo dos pontos turísticos, com fácil mobilidade. Os outros hotéis da Rede que já me hospedei em outras cidades eram bem melhor. Não recomendo.

A vista da praia e linda. Mas o piso que e lage do 2 andar balança a cama estava imunda. O cochao estava nogento. Tudo muito maquiado. A piscina... não tive coragem de entrar de tão suja. O atendimento na saida. Não "tocado". Muito triste. Tive medo. Foi minha primeira vez em salvador. Triste mesmo.
