This is the perfect place to end your day as you enjoy a refreshing beverage and watch the breath taking sunsets over the Pamlico Sound.

Three levels of spacious updated Trex decking provide plenty of room for catching a tan or star gazing at night. Every chef will love the well equipped kitchen. This quaint and tastefully decorated home has a bonus room down stairs with TV and exercise bikes that's great for entertaining the kids! The beach access is only a short walk across the street, so fun filled beach days await you just over the dunes. Conveniently located to local shops and restaurants, and with so much to offer you'll want to make "Carol's Soundfront Castle" your home away from home year after year!

Note: While Carol's Soundfront Castle is pet friendly (dogs only), the owner does stay in the property during the off-season with cats in the property. Guests are not permitted to bring their cats when staying in the property.

Loved the location. The decks are amazing. The house is old and needs upgrades. To be honest, it looked like a storehouse for somebody's thrifting addiction. Old, ugly furniture scattered around willy-nilly. Ants crawling all over one of the showers. I also had a HUGE palmetto bug or cockroach flying around my bedroom. Make the house more light and airy and replace all the junk. Then the house would be perfect. The condition of the house did put a damper on our vacation. Had

Great location but needed maintenance

Beautiful scenic location and lots of decks for viewing kids fishing, etc. The house needs some maintenance. Didn’t provide any “starter” supplies, except handful of coffee filters. AC stopped working 2nd day. Maintenance came 3x but couldn’t fix it. House was 82 after 1:00 on. 78 the rest of the time. Staff was quick and friendly. Had bikes by paddle boat only had one working pedal so useless. House has lots of personal decorations and nic nacs and dust collectors which looked interesting but was bad for allergies.
