After 2 extremly succesfull long term rentals, the time´s come to welcome you in this generously proportioned 144 qm2 (1550 ft2) / 3 bedroom residence with nature views, located only 15 minutes by foot within a level stroll to the sand and surf of beautiful Sámara center/beach or 20 minutes walk to wild Buena Vista beach.

The floor plan encompasses 2 cozy bedrooms in the main house and one extra unit that can be used as a guest house or office with plenty of room for study, work and sleep. Two full bathrooms, and a sleek and stylish fully equipped kitchen that flows through to the dining room and private front patio.

Additionally, a 18 qm2 (194 ft2) pool with terrace and deck chairs, a washroom for storage, a private parking space and mosquito net doors and windows will be available for you during your visit. Of course, this residence is provided with AC units in all rooms, hot water in each faucet and fire detectors. Location, location, location and very clean

Our family enjoyed ourselves at this beautiful property. Not only is it located in a great location, but the pool is a big hit for our daughter and friends. The ocean is a 7 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Costa Rica. All in all, we love it here. Also a big thanks to our host, Luis, for checking in on us to make sure our stay in his house is comfortable and relaxing.

Great location!

The location was absolutely great. The house was clean and well equipped. There were hammocks in the garden and a pool as well. The house is located 10 minutes away from the Samara beach by foot. But I’d also recommend Playa Carrillo which is 10 minutes away by car.
