My staff didn't make chec in the first day. Their ringer was off and didn't answer. The hotel canceled my staffs reservation even though it was pre paid through a 3rd party. Since my staff still needed the 2nd night they wouldn't honor the reservation. So they kept our money, wouldn't honor giving my staff the 2nd night that we already paid for and wanted us to rebook. Honestly horrible experience.
