The location is pretty convenient, close to everything in the downtown area. The hotel in general is spotless. The staff is courteous but did not explain the parking issue. So, we didn't know where to park. The valet parking is an independent company, so it was kind of confusing, and we parked in the garage next door (not attached to the hotel) for $35/night. We saw that there's another city parking lot about a block away for $10/night. In general that was the only issue.
