Sister Trip!

3 old hippie sisters headed to SA for a Jon Anderson concert. Valet & front desk were lovely & friendly. Excellent location, comfortable beds ( even the pull out was comfortable!) Very nice kitchen in suite. Only complaint is the low water pressure in the shower.

I thought the hotel was great for the price! The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped — it had everything we could possibly need. The location was also excellent, close to everything, which made our stay very convenient. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a great option for anyone looking for comfort and a good location without spending too much!

My stay was excellent. The location was ideal just a short walk to major attractions like the Alamo and the River Walk, so I never needed my vehicle. The staff and valet service were both courteous and professional. I would absolutely choose to stay here again.

Location is conventient to the Riverwalk, Alamo, Mall, and lots of other places. It is also less than a block from the homeless communitys tent area and free showers. We wouldn't let our teenage daughter go outside by herself. Lots of people walking around near the hotel who were obviously on drugs and/or struggling with their mental health. There is no parking lot for the hotel unless you pay $40+/day for valet. Otherwise you park on the street and pay by the hour from 8am-6pm. After 6pm street parking is free. When we first arrived the guy working the front desk seemed irritated that we were there and could not have been less helpful. The ladies who worked the next day and the next evening were much more friendly and helpful. They only restock your room every 4 days, so you have to ask daily for more towels. We had 2 adults and 1 teenager and had 3 towels and 1 washcloth provided when we arrived. The next day we requested 5 towels so we could shower and wash our hair that night and washclothes so we could each have one. They only brought us 3 towels. So we requested additional towels and some washclothes again. This time they brought us 2 more towels and told us they didn't have any washclothes available. The breakfast was good and the pool was clean. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

My stay was nice. Decent rooms and hotel. Clean for an older hotel and affordable. I booked two rooms and had to pay a $200 deposit for incidentals that I was supposed to receive back 7-10 business days later. It has now been 3.5 weeks and I am still waiting for customer support to get back to me. Extremely unprofessional. I need my money back!!
