Hotel was great. The only thing is they charge $45 for a truck and they call it oversized even though there is no oversize parking available and most of the parking was a first come first serve so if you leave the property and there’s no parking spaces they don’t reimburse you your money you gotta pay to go park somewhere else.

The room was very spacious. The location was excellent. It was walkable to the Alamo, Riverwalk, The Pearl, Market Square. The bed was so comfortable. The hotel was spotless and newly renovated. Great decor. Highly recommend.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, nicely maintained, and had a modern feel. I especially appreciated the layout—the bedroom was separated from the living area and kitchen by a door, which made the space feel more like a small apartment. The full kitchen was compact but functional, great for anyone who wants the option to cook during their stay. The free continental breakfast was fine, though I’ve had better at other hotels. Parking was the biggest drawback; the hotel’s paid parking is very limited, and I ended up having to use another paid lot nearby. Despite the parking inconvenience, I liked the hotel and would consider staying again.

The room was fine except for there not being toilet paper in there. But what was really frustrating was the new parking and the breakfast. I stay here every year for TMEA. Everything has been fine up till this point. They got rid of valet parking, but that wasn’t the problem. The problem is trying to find a parking space. It was filled on numerous occasion. Also, the breakfast really fell off. The eggs are juice, the sausage was like a shoe sole, and the potatoes were dry, burnt, and raw all at the same time. The salt and pepper are in plastic cups with a plastic spoon that says “spice up your food”. Are you kidding me? I’m not staying there anymore. I need to find a new hotel for TMEA.

We had a suite. The hallway and rooms smelled fresh. There were coffee stains, residue on the kitchen counters and used tissue in the bathroom toilet. Other than that, the rooms were in good condition. I was able to get the mess up since I bring my own cleaning wipes and sprays. We had a great view of the city being on the 10th floor. There was no on-site parking available, so we parked on the street, for free. The guy at the front desk came off a little careless at first about explaining the parking issues to us and other customers, but he made the check-in process easy.

-spent 25 min in line trying to check in -no parking left even though we prebooked -had to pay double for parking across the street with another hotel -once we got in the room found the TV was shattered -tried calling the front desk over and over with no answer -went dont to tell them about the TV and tired to blame us for it being broken - finally moved us to another room and and there apparently is a karaoke bar right outside our window so, no sleep all night -to add to the the karaoke, everytime the refrigerator kicked on it make a loud screeching sound allllll night! -then as we try to make our escape we go to take showers in the morning to find two towels for 4 people... in a room that sleeps 6. Absolutely the worst hotel stay we have had.
