Facility is in need of better bedding. The breakfast decent. One day the desk person was overseeing the and it was well before the end time and he was refusing to refill. Other than that the facility was nicely cleaned. The room was spacious. Easy check in and check out.

Corporate should inspect this hotel. Worst hotel stay ever. Juice machine broken, never any butter (options are eggs, sausage, cereal, waffle, apple, muffin , toast) if anything runs out you have to ask the front desk to restock it. They take your towels out if your room and don’t replace it. The gym is missing the majority of the weights. Pool was always cold and dirty….by the way it’s an inside pool. Anytime you walk in the front desk is playing in their phone and don’t even look up unless you say something.

This place is terrible. The sheets have pee stains. The couches are dirty. I checked in and was out of there within 30 minutes. There was a bug in one of the beds. Do not stay at this hotel.

Filthy. From the reception area to the dark water hot tub. Walls, windows, window ledges, elevators, hallways look like they’ve never seen a wipe mop or vacuum. Add an ignorant and rude older lady with pink striped pants who runs the breakfast area. Also the guest restroom on the main floor all day out of order but when I asked where I could use the restroom the staff gave me the code to enter and use the “out of order” restrooms. Nobody has taken any pride in appearance or cleanliness in a very, very long time. One of the dirtiest comfort Inns I’ve ever stayed in.

The room looked like it needed a lot of touchup. The walls were dirty. It looked like there was water damage in the bathroom. We saw a small cockroach, the couch smelt like urine and the receptionist when we were checking in gave us an option to do cash for the deposit or credit. They said it would be faster to get the deposit back if we did cash but try to find any excuse to not give it back and made the process of checking out even longer. The area around it is very ghetto.

Terrible place

The service was horrible. The guys at the front desk lost my reservation. I had to call who I booked through to prove that i had 2 rooms. The front desk people were so rude and mean. The rooms weren't clean. We asked for sheets, blankets and pillows for our two fold out and it took us 3 times to getting a couple of pieces and then they said they didn't have anything. When we were clearing looking at all the sheets and all the linens in the closet. They had people standing around the building smoking weed and you could smell inside. We were only there for one night and that was enough. We slept in our clothes and got up and left. In my opinion i would not recommend this place to stay.

They have not returned security deposit to my card after almost a month, I was only there for one day and checked out as normal, typically it comes back after 2/3 days not a month

Our stay was for 3 nights. Not once did they come clean our room. Complained to front desk. They acted like they were not aware of the issue and said someone would clean it tomorrow. We said thats fine we leave tomorrow anyways. They offer breakfast but they have very little left 30 mins before it ends. Why claim you jave food to a certain yime if you have anything.
