Very disappointed because I specifically asked for a hotel with a hot tub. Well this particular hotel said it has a hot tub as well as a fitness center. However , everything from the restrooms in the lobby, the hot tub ,pool, the fitness center, and even the ice machine had big OUT OF ORDER sign across them. The front desk just repeatedly said sorry everything is out of order. Very sad and disappointed. Am I to believe that over half of the amenities offered were out of order? I walked in the pool area and the water was crystal clear, as well as the hot tub. But apparently we could not use them because they are out of order?

A good area in general. Have a Walmart next door ihop, bill millers, Panda Express dominoes, Mexican restaurant with bar and grill. A the rooms are comfortable.

Not the best

Breakfast was very poor when compared to similar properties. Pool was not heated despite advertising it was. Beds were comfortable, but over all the room was tired.

It was okay

The room is clean nice and comfortable the only downfall of the stay was nowhere did it say that I had to wait until 3:00 p.m. to check in then had to pay a $30+early check-in fee. Which I got there a little after 11:00 and I still had to wait for an hour or so for someone to check out and then for them to clean a room even though it said that there are rooms available

We came to check in at 4 pm. There was no one in the front desk. We waited in the sitting area for about 25 minutes until we decided to call the front. The guy answers and the whole time he was in the dining area, he saw us came in and there are five of us, 2 other guests came afterwards. Called the day before to have 2 rooms next to each other, then proceeds to give us rooms that are completely opposite from each other. One of our rooms wasn’t even ready, it didn’t even have a door, a guy was just fixing it then. The rooms are smelly, the beds sheets had stains, and bathroom was dirty also. We left and checked out right away. Don’t waste your money or time booking here.

Property is dirty, and the rooms smell of urine and mildew. The bathroom door hinges were extremely rusty with some of the rust falling to the floor. The wood is splintered. The bedding is disgusting with many blood and bodily fluid stains. I requested a different room. The new room was no different. I would not recommend staying at this location. If you are able, spend a little more at any nearby locations for a cleaner and more hygienic experience.
