The staff was very polite and accommodating. I had just had surgery and arrived around 6 p.m. and the gentlemen clerk made sure to put us in a room close to the front, so I wouldn't have to walk far to the breakfast area. It was a very clean facility! We will definitely stay there again. It had easy access to freeway and many restaurants located near by.
