This place is marketed as a 2br and it is not. They know it is not because when you get your confirmation email it clearly says 1 bedroom. i called and asked and the rep assured it was a 2 bedroom. there is 1 bedroom with a full bed and a twin bunk bed in the hallway. it is not a 2nd bed room. not 1 dresser drawer for clothes we had to live out our suitcases. also the beds have fleas or something because they were biting me all night. I did not complain about this or report while i was there because it would have spoiled my trip to be arguing over the phone. The apartment looked remodeled and was cleanly looking (except for the bed bugs or fleas). the utensils were dollar store quality and they did not even have 1 real knife only butter knives. only provided 1 extra garbage bag for a 4 night stay?? i am not a complainer so the trip was a success in my eyes, i did not want a back and forth battle.

I liked the kitchen counters. Other than that the experience was horrid. For example the owner communicated that there was free parking across the main street in a parking lot, which No Parking signs are posted everywhere on the parking lot and all along on the side alley of the property. The only other empty parking lot across belongs to a bar. I opened the blinds and was greeted to gunshots literally 10 feet away from me. He pulled up into that empty parking lot where the owners expect us to park in a Escalade wearing a trench coat and shot 10 rounds into the ground. This property is located in a questionable location. My girls were extremely frightened. We couldn’t leave the property because out of nowhere there were 2 unknown vehicles that arrived and blocked us into the compact sized driveway. I knocked at the adjoining duplex and no one opened the door. However at 830 am they were blasting rock music and flooring their sports car which one of the vehicles blocking us in. I of course communicated this to the owner with no response. I reached out several times via text message and email. The property was an ice box! No running hot water anywhere! We were provided 2 small space heaters which kept tripping the electricity every 10 minutes. The mattress on the one bedroom hurt my back because of the springs popping out. This was advertised as a 2 bedroom. However I would not consider a hallway with a bunk bed a bedroom. BEWARE! STAYAWAY!
