Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
The interior is great and as described. The exterior is terrible. Wasn't mown, the front door glass was cracked. The locks were loose. The screen door was broken. We didn't feel comfortable leaving our stuff in the home. We were in a rush and weren't able to get photos before deciding not to stay. No communication was given until 5 minutes before check in; when we called the hotels.com listed number to get the check in information, the guy who answered kept asking for more information yet couldn't find the listing we had booked. Wouldn't book this place again. Never booking through Evolve again.
