The room wasn't in great condition. The walls and ceilings are peeling. We stayed on the first floor. I peaked into a second floor room and the condition was much better. The room however was clean. The bathroom was not clean.there was mold in the corner, broken tiles around the baseboards and the shower stunk of mildew because of a dirty shower curtain. There's no vent in the bathroom so moisture can't escape. I know it's a historic building but there's no excuse for dirtiness.

The breakfast was terrible. The omelette went into trash after one bite. Also, the heat(thermostat) in room did not work. Be prepared to pay $21 plus parking fee that is not onsite. Will not stay here again.

I understand that I booked a hotel that cost less than most in the area so I did not expect a glamorous hotel. However, it seems like there were a few things that could be done to give a better impression. Very cluttered check-in area. Room looks like it needs a deep cleaning. Staff was pleasant which helped this day. Food was typical for this level of hotel.
