We arrived and the room was dirty, the bed had too much hair on it, probably pubic hair, the sheets were very stained, we informed reception and they refused to change our room or give us a refund, so I had to go to another hotel and pay for another room

First off, the staff was very nice and helpful. However, upon arriving, we had to ask for new sheets as ours were stained brown. The cover had small cigarette burns in it. The room near the bed was super clean. However, the bathroom appeared to not have been cleaned in a few days. The drain in the shower did not drain properly, and the water never got hot.

I was driving 21 hours to see my son graduate into the US Space Force. I chose La Quinta Inn because of their reputation and I'm so sorry that i did. The room did not look like the pictures online. It was bare and cold.... no decoration or color on the wall like the pictures. The room left much to me desired. You got a top and bottom sheet but no blanket. The floor was filthy and turned our socks black. The coffee maker didn't work. The ice makers in the whole place did not work so you couldn't have anything cold to drink. To top it all off the property had trash laying around and parts of second floor walkway was rotting. I know that things don't always look like they advertise but i expect a clean place with items that work.

Not secure parking lots. Door to the bathroom would stick so other person would have to push on it to open. Looked like bullet hole in window. Dog hairs on bed, ee didn't bring a dog. Dirt everywhere. Coffee maker diety.

The staff was OK; not the friendliest, but that could have been due to a language barrier. However, the room could have been a little cleaner and when I first turned on the water in the bathtub, rust started coming out of the faucet. You can work on the amenities to accommodate us a little better. No I did not report any of my displeasure’s but I wish I would have because I noticed that my face and skin started breaking out after my stay.

Check-in was quick and easy, and the bed was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the bathtub, it could’ve used a more thorough scrubbing. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement in bathroom cleanliness

You get what you pay for. Bed is not comfortable. It's the old spring king mattress. AC works fine. Marks on the walls. Biggest disappointment was the bathroom. The bath tub area has small stand up shower while the other side is walled off. I'm 5'9" 300lbs and couldn't bend over to wash my legs and nothing to prop my foot up on. TV powered on with Audio only, no screen. Would not stay again.
