The property looks dirty, unsafe, poor lighting, 2 pools empty with debris… Lacked customer service both check-in and check out. No coffee at the breakfast area. I was placed in the farthest corner and felt super unsafe. My room mirror was crusty white needs to be replaced, corners of the moulding were chewed on from previous dogs that stayed there. Just terrible. Got home with a terrible allergy and in hives. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Property was run down. Room has seen better days. No dead bolt, lots of noise upstairs and around the room. Room was missing furniture. Offered a very simple breakfast but no coffee with only 1 or 2 tables to sit at. Never again

Stayed because it was close to air force base. Place is horrible. Awful. I have pics if it lets me add them. I sent 2 messages through the app. No reply. I called. No answer. I finally got someone to answer the phone after several calls and was placed on hold for almost 10 minutes. I wanted adjoining rooms. They said they would be. They were not. Checking in took 15 mins. One person working. We were in a separate building that you had to cross a bridge to get to. There was trash everywhere. There was a homeless camp in the trees. The other rooms had smokers with the window open and our a/c sucked it in. Room was not as pictured. The bathroom had a tiny shower and no tub. Stall filthy. Soap scum and gross all in the shower. shower head only half worked and mis-sprayed. It was so tiny that i couldn't turn without bumping all the walls. The caulking was terrible and mold along the shower inside and out. The bathroom door was broken and only closed if forced. Im 5 foot 3, couldn't close the door if you sat down first. Narrow area with close Walls by toilet. BROKEN toilet seat only attached on one side. Rough toilet paper. Loud noises all night. Domestic fights. Fight in the parking lot. Police cars in parking lot 2x. Breakfast options minimal. Paint missing and damaged walls and doors. Room phone missing cord & wrong room number.
