The host was very responsive and the house was in excellent condition. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating for group meals and the kitchen had lots of dinnerware (plastic and glass). One note: the bunk room is in a converted garage on the first floor and all other rooms are upstairs. We ultimately only used the bunk room as a daytime play space because it was so far from the other rooms. The bunk room also has an emergency exit (locked with a deadbolt) that leads directly into the side yard, where kids could access the pool or the side gate (kept unlocked for the owner to access trash cans and the pool team to clean the pool).The house is in the middle of a neighborhood and we felt very safe.

This place was great for 3 families for a week long stay. The pool, hottub and kids room were all a hit. The location was convenient to see what San Antonio had to offer. SeaWorld was about 30 min away and everything else we did was less than 20min away.
