Really enjoyed my stay here. Rooms where very spacious and big. Hotel was clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely book with them again.

I was a bit surprised, the conditions of the hotel are a lot better than the reviews make it to be. The rooms were extremely clean, beds were comfortable, staff were friendly. The hotel was quiet, halls were clean. We were traveling in two separate vehicles, no issues for parking. Overall great stay.

Staff was awesome. Had multiple issues with door key not working. Staff helped me each time. First room was only half cleaned by maids so moved to another room. A few gnats in the room. Pool tiles falling off. Pool definitely needs some TLC. Hotel only 20 min from Riverwalk and 10 from Seaworld. Even though it sits close to the highway, room was very quiet. Thankful for the free breakfast. Overall happy wth stay.

Really bad experience

We got stuck in the elevator for 10-15 minutes more then once .i asked to speak to the manager witch he never came. Also they kept telling all the new guest that it was the first time the elevator got stuck when it wasnt one of the employees told me "dont use the elevator they keep fixing it every other day". Also we found trash under the beds with mold. Over all a really bad place to stay

All shifts but especially the Night shift staff are wonderful! We had issues with the vending machines and elevator and the sole night shift worker rushed to the occasion and helped resolve the issues quickly! So friendly and even opened the breakfast bar early since we had to leave before the regular breakfast opening times!
