The side door was broke, anybody could have came in! The breakfast sucks. It was okay for one night! Front desk clerks wasn’t pleasant at all! Then they will charge you 100 dollars for a hold of accidental fee!

Room was fine. Breakfast was not with the stay. Then the $100 deposit wasn’t even mentioned before booking the room or the fact that they don’t explain when the deposit will be given back. They don’t give the deposit back over the weekends either.

The room and service was fine. We were passing through town and our vehicle was stolen out of the parking lot. It was devastating and all Our luggage went in it too. I know it’s not the hotels fault but some security on site would help.

My vehicle was vandalized, I even had a staff member inform me that vehicle break ins were a common occurrence at this hotel. The remainder of the staff just stated “they are not responsible”. Why was there no security, with the knowledge that vehicles are constantly vandalized? The staff knows and can care less.

Asked for the room to be cleaned and never once did they do it, they did change out the dirty towels for dirties towels! Had to go to target too buy our own towels too, had to ask the housekeeper for the broom to sweep. Nice hotel but poor staff who runs it.
