I already want to go back

The room was stunning. I’m a sucker for turn of the eighteenth century remodels and this fit the bill. It’s so vintage but updated with a modern feel. It’s all so classy and has a stamp of Texas everywhere you look. The bed was comfortable, the room was tastefully decorated, the shower was massive, and the on-site restaurant was amazing. My husband and I went to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and it was fabulous. Peggy’s on the Green is a Zagat rated restaurant and for a foodie like me that was a plus. The drinks are excellent, the steak wonderful. I would most definitely go again.

Belle's Bird - Great room

Belles Bird was a great room at The Kendall! The bed is comfy and the AC is cold, which is welcomed in Texas! The room is not spacious but that is to be expected in a historic building. There are high ceilings, which make the room feel bigger than it is. The shower had great water pressure. There are two large mirrors in the bathroom making it convenient for a couple to get ready for their Boerne adventures. Would definitely stay at The Kendall and in this room again.

Unsanitary Conditions

Unsanitary conditions. Not sure the last time the floor in bathroom had been cleaned. Every where you looked were signs that this room had not been dusted, wiped down, and the bathroom was the worst. I’m not sure how they received previous ratings. It was an unreal experience and front desk was not willing to assist.

Staff very friendly, cozy room, the only thing the AC unit a bit too load, but other than that super comfortable bed, puffy towels. Very nice hotel overall for a quick little gateway. Highly recommended!

Beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of everything great about Boerne. Clean room. Access to balcony and view of festival across the street. Awesome bathroom! Hot strong shower steam. Only disappointment was no elevator. Will definitely stay again
