Room has roaches. The restroom door was broke and re assembles with visible nails - yet it still was not the right size so it didn't close. The furniture was dirty and old. The walls have writing on them with sharpie.

Check-in was a breeze! the style of the rooms are out of date but it looks as they are updating, the Bathrooms Are beautiful with great lighting. Front desk staff were great they assisted with any issues we had quickly and politely. breakfast was good, the children enjoyed the waffles.

I stay at this hotel every year when I travel to San Antonio. The service is always friendly and welcoming. The manager, I forget her name, always made we feel welcome and was happy to help with my requests. I will always stay here when I come to San Antonio
