All of the above worse place to stay, except staff members…the place doesn’t match the quality in their advertisement. We changed rooms, three times…due to a roach and bugs with bedbugs problem. Housekeeping needs to upgrade their policies, on cleaning… smoking on 4th floor seeks down on the third floor level area. As you enter into the building, something inside of your soul, screams out to you, that this is not the place to have a comfortable stay….

The room smelled musky and a bit like wet dog. The bedsheets and towels had visible brown stains. My wife could not stop coughing once she was in the room. The front desk person was nice and friendly, but the cleanliness of the room was bad.

Staff has attitudes with you sometimes, the smoke alarms go off for no reason and are so loud, for myself who has a dog in the room. It causes them anxiety and lucky i happen to be there to get her out of there quickly. Theres no compassion from the staff that my dog is scared out of her mind as is shaken up. Also they advertise dogs are welcome but never mentioned there is a 200 dollar fee for them anywhere.
